Honors in the News: Nov. 12

Kelly Smith, a junior visual arts major from Nashville, received the Juror’s Merit Award for her piece “Futura, Robot” in the WKU Department of Art’s 2010 Student Juried Exhibition. The gallery exhibit will run through Nov. 19. Fourteen Honors students placed in forensic tournaments in Illinois, Missouri and New Hampshire last weekend. Honors in the News: Oct. 3

WKU’s forensics team competed in three tournaments in Illinois last weekend.  Nine Honors students received recognition in the tournaments: Frank Murdock, Maximilian Tagher, Todd Rainey, Ethan Millspaugh, Tyler Dailey, Sarah Brazier, Maggie Woodward, Spencer Orlowski and Richard Heyne.
